Please choose a DELIVERY DATE (Wednesday or Friday) for Delivery and include address and details of delivery in Additional Notes Below. Deliveries made to locations within a 35 mile radius of Gardnerville only between 9 AM - 5 PM. Dates and Times subject to change based on weather/road conditions. If your delivery needs are outside of these boundaries, please contact Valley Larder so we can see if we can make accommodations for your special needs. Pick-Up is now available in Gardnerville at two locations. Please indicate in notes which location date/time you would prefer to pick up. Option 1: Blind Dog Coffee in Gardnerville Ranchos located at: 1276 Pit Road #8, Gardnerville, NV 89460. Pick-up is only available on Wednesdays and Fridays from 11 AM to 3 PM at Blind Dog Coffee Roasters, please let me know below. Option 2: Italian Kitchen - 1425 Industrial Way, Bldg. C, Gardnerville, NV 89410 (Wednesdays or Fridays (8 AM - 11 AM) If you have a special event and these dates do not work for you, please send us email with needs and we'll get back to you on availability of custom dates.

Returns / Refund Policies

We want you to be satisfied with your order, and we will gladly replace your board if there is an error in the order made by Valley Larder. At time of delivery, we guarantee 100% satisfaction on every item that our customer service representative (driver) is delivering to your establishment/home. Our driver will verify that the order is as purchased. At any time during your delivery you are unsatisfied with the product being delivered please let our driver know and they will return the product back to our kitchen and mark the invoice for adjustment and schedule re-delivery. After a delivery our products returns are limited to the following guidelines: No refunds after board has been delivered and accepted. Delivery must be made to an Adult able to make this decision. Acceptance of the Board upon delivery or pick up constitutes approval of the Board and the contents. Please contact Annie at Valley Larder 855-255-7226 or email us at annie@valleylarder.com if there are any issues with your board. If the delivery is as a result of our error, we will gladly replace your order at no charge or issue a refund to you. If food is spoiled after acceptance of the board do to lack of refrigeration or poor handling, no refund or replacement will be given. (customer must preserve packing and items ordered without disposing of them for verification purposes). Food must be stored and cared for with proper refrigeration for the health and safety at all times. In the event of non-delivery due to an incorrect address or recipient information supplied by the customer, or if the items ordered were an error of the customer, there will be no refund. However, please call or email Valley Larder and we will do our best to rectify the error and make it correct. For the non-delivery of an order, please contact us to investigate the issue and recommend a resolution. Blind Dog Coffee Roasters is not responsible for any errors by Valley Larder or their customers, so please contact Valley Larder in the event of any error(s) or changes you are requesting directly at above phone number. If the error was the result of Valley Larder: refund submissions are processed on receipt of the goods and take 7-14 business days (depending on banking institutions and merchant providers) to process.

Description

Just for Us!  is a 9″ custom designed board for your smaller gatherings.  Set out with a couple nice bottles of wine or cocktails and your party is sure to be a hit.  The board will be a 9″ round on a recyclable Bamboo tray covered with all your favorites.  The board will include dipping cheese, sliced and cubed cheeses, topped with amazing local honey; sliced fruits and vegetables; local made chocolate bark; almonds (seasoned and chocolate); dried fruits; sliced charcuterie; and nuts.  You’ll select one boxes of crackers that are included with your 9″ board.

Pick up will be available in Gardnerville, Nevada at Blind Dog Coffee located at 1276 Pit Rd #8, Gardnerville, NV 89460 or at Valley Larder’s Kitchen (aka Italian Hearts) 1425 Industrial Way, Bldg. C, Gardnerville, NV 89410 on Wednesday and Fridays.
